Tropical Passion Fruit

Made from 95% Moscato grapes from Italy’s Asti region and 5% passion fruit pulp, this delicious blend adds up to 100% real fruit! Tropical Passion Fruit is fresh, bright and intensely aromatic, with notes of peaches, powdered sugar and tropical passion fruit. These flavors carry through to the palate, where the wine shows soft bubbles and a refreshing mouthfeel. A bright finish will keep you going back for sip after sip.

Serve as an aperitif or pair with your meal – this wine goes great with spicy foods! You can also end your meal with the sweet-tart taste of Tropical Moscato – serve with soft or aged cheese and fresh fruit with honey.

Tropical Mango

88% Moscato grapes from Italy’s Asti region, 10% mango pulp and 2% passion fruit pulp adds up to 100% real fruit! Tropical Mango is fresh, bright and intensely aromatic with notes of peaches, honey, and ripe mangoes. These flavors carry through to the palate, where the wine has soft bubbles and a refreshing mouthfeel. A bright finish will keep you going back for sip after sip.

Tropical Peach

This Moscato comes from a grape variety that has probably the highest level of complex aromas of any Piedmont grape. The wine has the distinctive Moscato aroma and flavor with added complexity from the concentrated peach juice.

The Moscato grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in Santo Stefano Belbo villages, at 200 to 300 ft. above sea level. Vinification strictly follows the Charmat Method, until it reaches 5.5% alcohol. Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for ten days, after which time it is infused with the peach juice and natural aroma and then bottled.

Tropical Strawberry

This wine took years to develop, with winemaker Luca Bosio patiently testing and blending different strawberry varieties. Finally, he found the perfect strawberry for his Tropical Strawberry Moscato in the tiny but intensely flavored wild Alpine strawberries that grew in the mountains of Northern Italy.

The wine blends 95% Moscato from Italy’s Asti region, 4% wild Alpine strawberry juice and 1% wild Alpine Strawberry aroma. Tropical Strawberry is fresh, bright and intensely aromatic with notes of peaches and ripe summer strawberries. These flavors carry through to the palate, where the wine shows soft bubbles and a refreshing mouthfeel. A bright finish will have you going back for sip after sip.

Tropical Grapefruit

This Moscato comes from a grape variety that has probably the highest level of complex aromas of any Piedmont grape. The wine has the distinctive Moscato aroma and flavor, with added complexity from the concentrated grapefruit juice.

The Moscato grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in Santo Stefano Belbo villages, at 200 to 300 ft. above sea level.  Vinification is via autoclave, according to the Charmat Method, until it reaches 5.0% alcohol.  Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats for one month, after which time it is blended with the pink grapefruit juice and natural aroma, and bottled.

Tropical Passion Fruit

Tropical Passion Fruit Moscato is straw yellow in color. It is bright and refreshing with fine structure. The aromas of tropical fruit follows through to the palate for a harmonious finish. In every bottle of Tropical Passion Fruit Moscato, there are 2 whole passion fruits inside.

Then, wine undergoes cold fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats for ten days, after which time it is infused with the real fruit and bottled.

Tropical Mango

Tropical Mango Moscato is straw yellow in color. It is a delicious blend of Moscato wine and mango pulp that captures the aromas and flavors of the tropics. Bright notes of tropical fruits and full, ripe mango are balanced by a crisp and refreshing finish. In every bottle of Tropical Mango Moscato, there is 1/5 of a mango inside.
